A Bulgarian native, Slava is a hard working and driven woman. In 2003, she obtained her Bachelor’s of Art in Public Relations in her native country, while simultaneously attending law school. This explains why Slava says her strength is in her people skills. During her time in university, Slava also worked as a TV news reporter. She prides herself on having the opportunity to interview two presidents and various ministers.

In 2003, while still attending law school, she was presented with an internship opportunity in the field of real estate, which took her all the way to Washington DC. Slava quickly discovered her her love and passion for real estate leading her to obtain her license in 2006 and jump in with both feet in this cut-throat, yet rewarding environment.

Even through the toughest times of the recent economic crisis, Slava managed to stay on top and learned there are no bad times for real estate “because people have to live somewhere”. During 2010 and 2011, she was an award winning agent at Prudential.

By 2011, Slava was proud to call herself a Citizen of the United States of America.

Then, in November of 2012 she welcomed her pride and joy, her son Vanka. That same month, she also opened her own brokerage, Exclusive Real Estate. Slava is a devoted mother and a very family-oriented person. In her free time she enjoys painting in acrylic or oil.

In the Summer of 2015 Slava happily accepted the position as Managing Broker at DeLex Realty. She is grateful to be a part of this amazing organization and dedicated to the growth of the Brokerage. Presently she is also a part of the DeLex Realty owned production ” Last Home Standing”.
